01During the Masquerade, your identity and photos stay hidden. Nothing is revealed until both people mutually choose to Unmask. You control exactly when, and whether, anyone learns who you are.
Report & Block, Anytime
02You can report a profile, message, or photo at any point, including during an anonymous Masquerade session, you don't need to know who someone is to flag a problem. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team using a combination of automated systems and human oversight.
Submitting a report for malicious or bad-faith reasons is itself a violation of our Community Guidelines.
What Rawn Does Not Do
03We want to be direct about this: Rawn does not conduct criminal background checks, sex-offender registry checks, or identity verification on users. Interacting with anyone, online or in person, carries inherent risk, and you're responsible for exercising your own judgment. We'd rather tell you this plainly than bury it in fine print.
Meeting in Person, Safely
04A Rendezvous can only be proposed at a business or public venue chosen from within the app, there's no option to enter a residential address or a private location. That doesn't guarantee your safety, but it removes one of the easiest ways a meeting could go wrong. If you'd like someone to know where you'll be, your phone's native calendar makes that easy to share once the plan is set.
